Course Overview
GNM (Gen. Nursing & Midwifery)
- GNM, or General Nursing and Midwifery, is a 3-year diploma course that is also known as GNM Nursing. It is a course designed for candidates interested in a career in Clinical Nursing. The 3-year GNM course is structured into three years of instruction followed by six months of required internship.
- Duration: 3 Years
- Age Limit: The minimum age for admission shall be 17 years on 31st December of the year in which admission is sought.
- 10+2 with English and must have obtained a minimum of 40% at the qualifying examination and English individually from any recognized board. Candidates are also eligible from State Open School recognized by State Government and National Institute of Open School (NIOS) recognized by Central Government. However, Science is preferable.
- 10+2 with English having 40% of marks in Arts or Science
Diploma in Pharmacy
- Duration : 02 Years
- Passed HSC (10+2) or its equivalent examination with English as one of the subjects & Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with Mathematics or Biology as optional subjects individually.
- Any other Qualification approved by the Pharmacy Council of India as equivalent to any of the above
examination.
